I am trying to create an account but my country, province or state is not listed. What do I do?
Go ahead and place your order and select “ Everywhere Else” as your country, province, or state. Upon check out write your full address on the comment line. You can also email us if you like.

I need help coordinating some fabrics. Can you help?
Of course we can. Just ask us! We have tried to list coordinating fabrics under each of the main fabrics on our website. However, if you don’t see any, or just want some other suggestions, please send us an email. We can also text you or email you pictures of the fabrics together.

I need a yard and 1/4 cut. Can you do that?
At this time, we only cut in one yard and half yard increments.

*We always give a generous cut and give at least an extra inch, if not two, on all of our cuts. : ) You will never be short.

I am looking for a certain fabric, but don’t see it in your shop? Can you order it for me?
We are always happy to look into any custom request from our customers. Please share them! Often times we do our purchasing based on the requests and wishes of our clients. We want to be your one stop shop for all of your fabric needs, so please never hesitate to ask.

How do I know what fabrics I can pre-order?
Most of the fabrics that you can pre-order will be in the “coming soon” section of the website. Next to the fabric it will give you a date you can expect that particular fabric to arrive.

When you place an order for a pre-order fabric, you will also receive an email notification reminding you that you have purchased a pre-order fabric. In stock fabric on that order will be held until the pre-order fabric arrives. If you would like us to send in stock fabrics first please indicate on the comment line upon checking out. You will be charged shipping for the pre-ordered fabrics when they arrive OR you can combine with a new order.

I paid with an e-check. Can you go ahead and ship my order?
Orders paid with an e-check will not ship until the e-check clears Paypal. We will contact you if there are any issues.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Depending on your server, emails not in your address book can be blocked as spam. Be sure to add orders@xogigifabrics.com to your address book to ensure communication can be received.
Note: Firefox and Paypal sometimes have trouble communicating.

I want to add something to an order I just placed. What should I do?
Go ahead and place another order on the website. Put a message COMBINE WITH ORDER XXX. I will promptly refund any shipping overages that you were charged.

I changed my mind on a fabric I purchased. Can I return it?
Yes! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not happy with the fabric you ordered, please contact us right away and we can arrange for a return or exchange.

We have a 15 day return policy:
All fabric will need to be unused (and unwashed), and in the same condition and packaging that you received the fabric. We are a smoke-free, pet-free shop. : )

We will issue your refund once the item is returned to us. Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges.
